Gibson & Barnes manufactures genuine U.S. Military flight suits as well as specialized suits designed for Helicopter Emergency Medicine (HEMS), and general aviation.

Air crews around the world have used our flight suits since 1977.  You’ll find them in aviation, U.S. and international military, HEMS, law enforcement, in the movies, and even aboard the International Space Station.

We make standard designs as well as designs customized with additional pockets, zippers, striping, embroidery, and nametags.  You can choose flame-resistant Nomex®, polyester/cotton, or special fabrics.  We use both Nomex and polyester/cotton zippers and thread.
