Choose electret noise cancelling microphones or M87 with amplifier for civilian, business band, CB and FM. M87 microphone with amplifier .
M87 with microphone cord only for military radios. Military flex booms include a 5-Ohm, military impedence electret microphone, and a 10-inch cord. They can be mounted on a standard helmet microphone mount, or on the microphone mount for the military flex boom listed below.
Microphone cord for wire booms. These cords are made from high-quality two-conductor cable with high strength conductor materials. These end on both sides with a male U-173 plug. (Other ends available)
Order the 7 inch length for the HGU-33, HGU-55, HGU-68, and the HGU-84 helmets, and order the 14 inch length for the SPH-5 and HGU-56 helmets. 14” cords and 10” flex boom cords for SPH-5 and HGU-56 helmets.
We also offer three ways to mount your microphone boom to your helmet. A standard microphone mount, a microphone mount onto an oxygen mask receiver, and a microphone mount on the T-bayonet which slides into the oxygen mask receiver.
