If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as you can.

Cancellation – Products in Stock

Orders for in-stock products are generally shipped within a day.

If you cancel your order for an in-stock product before it has shipped, your credit card will not be charged.  If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our return procedures.

Cancellation – Products Made to Order

Orders for made-to-order products are entered within a day. Manufacturing lead times vary depending on the volume of orders being received.

We understand that orders might sometimes need to be changed, but we are unable to do that after a certain point.  During the manufacturing process we incur irreversible fees, such as materials cost of goods being cut and factory labor costs.

If you cancel your order for a made-to-order product before we have begun manufacturing, your credit card will not be charged.

If you cancel your order for a made-to-order product after manufacturing has begun, you will be charged for the materials and labor costs incurred up to the time of your cancellation.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our return procedures.

Returns

Your returned item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it.

You must include your sales receipt with your return.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Please contact your salesperson to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Their name is on the invoice and packing list you received. They will help you with your return and will send you an RMA.  Including the RMA with your return will help us to process your return quickly.

Refunds

When the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original credit card or method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a purchase for a different size or product, please give us as much information as you can so the replacement product is exactly what you want.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
