Drain Kits

Prevent Algae

You should drain the water from your cooling system after you use it to prevent the growth of algae in the water lines.

Drain Kits are necessary because the water couplings are dry release. When they are released, the water flow stops. Both male and female couplings are needed to drain the water.

Kryo Basic Drain Kit

The basic drain kit allows you to drain the chiller, water hose, and cooling garment one after the other, but not to simultaneously drain both.

Basic drain kits contains:

• 2 female hose couplings with 3″ of tubing
• 2 male hose couplings with 3″ of tubing

Kryo Complete One-Person Drain Kit

Complete one-person drain kits allow you to first drain water from a chiller, then simultaneously from a one-person water hose and one cooling garment, and to leave the couplings attached for air circulation.

Complete one-person drain kits:

• 4 female hose couplings with 3″ of tubing
• 2 male hose couplings with 3″ of tubing

Kryo Complete Two-Person Drain Kit

Complete two-person drain kits allow you to first drain water from a chiller, then simultaneously from a two-person water hose and two cooling garments, and to leave the couplings attached for air circulation.

Complete two-person drain kits:

• 6 female hose couplings with 3″ of tubing
• 4 male hose couplings with 3″ of tubing
