Gibson & Barnes leather and cloth helmets fit snugly. Leather chinstrap with brass buckle and snap. Leather goggle holders. Leather helmets are dark brown goatskin with suede leather lining. Cloth helmets are two layers of khaki twill.

Communications helmets have sound-attenuating Gentex electret microphones, earphones mounted in sound-attenuating earcups, and a three-foot-long cord.

ANR helmets deliver up to 21 decibels additional sound attenuation and exceptional hearing. Please see ANR section for additional information.

Gibson & Barnes leather and cloth flying helmets are made with a Gentex electret microphone with wire boom, a 36-inch general aviation helmet cord with dual plugs, and your choice of earphones or active noise reduction (ANR) mounted in sound-attenuating earcups. They have a leather chinstrap with brass buckle to ensure they fit snugly. Leather goggle strap holders with brass snaps keep your flying goggles in place. Measure the circumference of your head and find your size on the size chart.
